    Very good.
    Bog oak is quite hard wood. Maybe not that hard as ebony but still quite hard. Normaly i like to finish bog oak with danish oil using this method:

    Super Smooth Oil Finish | Article | Woodworking

    It is very smooth finish because you are closing wood pores when wet sanding with oil. But this time i used only bee's wax. I wanted open grain, natural finish.
