    Well, there it is...the most aesthetically pleasing straight razor I have ever seen. Well done.

    Sorry, I didn't read through all 6 pages to see if anyone mentioned this but Holley Mfg Co. was in Connecticut also and has a ton of history. I wonder how close these companies were geologically and/or business-wise. BTW-Beautiful razor!!!!

    Edit: Well I looked it up on a map and it looks like they are only about 40 miles from each other!

    Thanks! Indeed a hotbed of razor production in this area back in the days.
    From Waterbury, I got 44 miles to Lakeville/Holley
    29 miles to Winstead/Empire
    15 miles to Meriden/ Turner and Colishaw
    12 miles to Northfield/Northfield Cutlery

    Yes. Some superb steel from that area too.
