    Excellent saves. I am glad to see others going this route on those which are not too bad. The age and character mean a great deal.

    Just what I needed to hear. I had the same concern, the etch looked way too close to the edge.

    I also notice the spine on mine doesn't have the curve yours does.

    Mine does have a good sway back and a humpback tang. I've seen both styles, yours and mine in my razor porn surfing. I find it to be a beautiful etch that's very well done in all the examples I've seen.
