Houston we have a solution...
Well it took all day but here it is...
Kinda in progression;
So the "chip" was about 5/8";
Rounded it off;
Test fit the NEW scales I made;
Fit the wedge (needs to be fitted)
Here it is!;
Compared to a Goldedge behind it;

You could have talked for hours upon end about being careful with holding the razor, not banging it on the faucet or Dropping it in the sink and it wouldn't have sunk in to the depth that the Aw Crap did.
Hand's on experience, no matter whether good or bad is the best teacher.
I hope he will enjoy the shave the next time he gets to us that razor!
