    Thank you, I don't know about perfect though. I get a bad case of LayZness when sanding blades. This is better than I usually do though.

    I actually started on a brush for him Mike, and stopped because it wasn't.... well, good enough in my books. I was in the process of finishing it and decided it was just kinda blah....

    The blackwood and box elder should be a bit more eye catching.

    Nice clean looking set of scales. Your uncle will have a Merry Christmas. The old scales look like they belong on a Sheffield. Maybe Santa will bring you something that goes with them.

    My suspicion too. They were too big and shaped like many other Sheffield scales. I think I have something that would go well in them.
