There's a George Webster razor manufacturer in a 1841 Sheffield directory and also 1846 both at 33 Howard street Sheffield.
Here's an old view of Howard street nearby to 33, the big building at the top with clock tower is Walker & Halls cutlery factory.

Great steel as you would expect out of Sheffield. It delivered a top notch shave this morning, very impressed.
