Thread: I am back! With a nice custom razor

Hello Everyone!

I know, I disappeared for a long time. Being a physician is my main means to make ends meet, and I worked in Switzerland for the last 1,5 years as a psychologist. However I had no shop that entire time, and I realized that I can't live without making razors. So I came back to Hungary, opened up my workshop again, and I am a full-time razormaker from now on! How long I don't know, but I would like to live for my passion as long as I can

Here my first razor made on order, my classic dragonslayer style with thuya burl scales. I used pins for the pivot in the past, but I decided to change to screws for various reasons. Mainly because I like tight and smooth pivots, and it was really difficult to dial in the tightness and keep it that way with a peened setup for me.
