    Some folks refer to razor scales as “handles”. This one looks like it could use a handle with a couple of bicycle handle grips.

    I thought it was a kamisori. Then you mentioned scales and I saw the pivot hole. Think I'd like it better as a kami.

    Love it!
    My only concern would be its practicality. The customer wanted a big ol cleaver and obviously it can shave, but at what stage does it get to be too big for a comfortable shave?
    My 9/8" Snail Forge is actually quite nimble but I'm not sure I'd want to go much bigger.
