No worries. I've done all of my work in a small apartment on a small budget. On this one I used a $25 dremel, a $5 coping saw, some clamps and a bag of sandpaper. The only thing that I've upgraded since then is a $65 dremel (i killed one already ).

Very very nicely done!!! That would have to be one of the most solid and well thought out restores I have seen!!!!!!
