If I was the owner, a matching Bowie & Peacemaker would round it off just nicely thanks very much.

Funny you mention that, I thought about cutting a set of grips for my Sig.
I found some adjustable fasteners that I like. They came in a few days ago. The razor had a small problem, the blade would swing slightly off center. One scale was slightly off in thickness. I ground out the pins and feathered the scale on the strip sander to get everything squared up then used the adjustable to reassemble it.
The fastener nuts were to large, they would have looked horrible on the scales. I gently sanded the corners off to round them like a washer. Mounted the hardware and then gently sanded about half the thickness off the nuts, rolled the edges and polished them so they look like washers. I would snap a photo but the razor is boxed and waiting shipping Monday.
