Was it me that outbid Bill Ellis?
I've got no idea.
Thanks for the compliments fellas. It's just finished it's first shave in a few years! To be honest i was kinda hoping that i wouldn't like it much, but it was amazing! It cleaved those whiskers away like there was nothing there, & left my face smoother in one pass than any of my other blades can manage. It was smooth & forgiving & so easy to handle & manouevre.
I like it TOO much!

Those are really nice razors, thick grind and feel nice when uisng them. If that stropping becomes to much of a pain send it my way and I will do the suffering for you.
I can dream

I've been trying to snag one of these for some time now.
Great looking razor!

Thanks again for the comments. Seems to be popular! I love the monkey tail & the short blade is great. What little information i found on them while i was impatiently awaiting suggested that they were awkward to use, but there's no real difference between it & a more standard blade! I get to put two fingers either side of the scale, that's all. Had requested it that way on a future custom & now i'm sure it's what i want!

Well done Ben. Sounds like you're hating the shaves
