Very nice work. Looks like you are having a lot of fun with these creations and that the issues you are having will be overcome quickly. I'd love to get into this kind of work but just can't find the time. I have an extensive background as a Tool and Die Maker. As in how long does it take me to complete one? I don't know- many hours for sure. If you meant how long would you have to wait for an order I don't know that yet either. I haven't started selling them yet. I might just do like Bill Ellis does for the time being. Sell what I make rather than take a specific order. We'll see.

I wouldn't say they are full wedges. They are done on an 8 inch wheel so they are technically hollow ground, but not very hollow. I think we tend to label grinds with so many numbers and terms that it's kind of unnecessary. I guess I could say they are wedge style blades.

Here are the pics of that smiling blade in scales. Nothing fancy, and an odd color scheme at that- pink wedge! Anyway, just thought you might enjoy seeing it. It still won't be sold- being a tester and all.
