Thanked: 13247Custom Restore W&B Bow 7/8 in Cocobolo
Another one heading home to Brian tomorrow
This one started off in pretty good shape, comparatively speaking
I polished it out with some 400 &600 Greaseless keeping the etching intact it went into the tumbler for a week extra as I was waiting for a shipment of wood to come in for the scales... The finish is near perfect...
Brian wanted Cocobolo scales and I found these two blanks after the cut down... I fell in love with the grain figure, as both sides have two eye-knots and I managed to keep them all... the finish took three tries before I got the look I wanted, 5 coats of wipe on Poly over sealer and buffed to a low gloss finish and hours and hours and I finally like it...
All brass hardware and 3rd pin conchos, the 3rd pin is actually sheathed in a square tube for a different look but I could not get a pic to come out...
Had to add this pic for my buddy Gugi just B.E.cause

The patience for the perfect G- wood finish really paid off. Beautiful piece of cocobolo and that blade turned out stellar.
