The 'W&B for barbers use' has quite a bit of hype around it so prices vary, I've seen few in good condition go for more than 700$(which is crazy) and others go for more reasonable prizes.
There's always a few on ebay.
I personally wouldn't spend a lot more on one than I would on any other razor since even though they are great shavers, they aren't special enough to warrant the big price tag that they often have.
I don't have the exact dates but I think most(all?) were made in the second half of the 19th century
