Nice design and execution on both the blade and the scales. The purple scales just jump out at you and the simple beauty of the blade design is just elegant.

We have to hide these scales from CarrieM! That or I have to buy some material from you @ finished thickness.

To late for you brother, she would have had these as a gift, if I had chose the Electric Blue instead... So she has seen them, let me see if I have two pieces left that will work... if I do they are yours...

siince you dont use the folder pivots how did you work the tang pin hole
?peen brass into and then drill the small hole or a bushing of some sort

I use a brass sleeve on any over size holes... some times with the older Sheffield's and those huge punched holes they have, I use a double sleeve...
It really doesn't have to be tight in there, you just want to take up excessive space.... Most every vintage razor out there is actually rather loose by our machining standards of today...

I have used this razor several times no, it shaves like a dream. I am going to post this picture in the SOTD forum. Needless to say, I am very pleased with this razor, thank you Glen and Butch for making this happen for me.
