8/8 Friodur in Thuya Burl
I had a hell of a time with this one. I even posted a thread about it. As with alot of Friodurs, this one had a bent tang, finally got it though. Spent more time pinning it than making the scales.
Scales: Thuya Burl w/ Black Liner (This wood has a TON of depth)
Finish: CA
Wedge: Ivory Micarta
Pins: Nickel Silver with brass and stainless washers

Those scales make you scream WOW!!!! That is some piece of timber you have there, and excellent work to boot. Congrats........

It turned out stellar and I know exactly about the "I spend more time trying to get the damn razor to fit' then the actual job.
