    Default Filarmonica / W.R. Case / Re-scales & Covered Tang

No metal work on either of these, the Case absolutely has to keep the etch so it was only hand polished..The Doble Temple is NOS so it didn't need anything but a quick polish...

The first one is a Filarmonica Doble Temple #13 re-scaled in Amboyna Burl, the finish is CA and the pins are Nickel-Silver with domed washers, and a double pined Recon Turquoise by request...

The second one a W.R. Case was originally in Faux Ivory scales and a matching covered tang... Of course the tang was cracked so I got a few color choices, one of which was Green so I cut up a block of this new Green and Gold swirled acrylic and went to town with new matching scales, and tang.. Bi-metal washers and pins hold the Emerald acrylic wedge in place...

Sweet! I really like both of those, and that covered tang is just masterful.
