Bob's work ethic is also second to none.
I will have mine soon, as it nears the end of the manufacuting road (it was long but well worth the wait I am sure). It is probably being scaled as we speak.
Lynn's post just makes me more excited.笑う門に福来たる。

Thanked: 74Thanks for the pictures, Lynn. I like the coffin case of the first razor. Also, I think it is quite impressive that he can make hollow grind razors. I have read that is really hard to do outside of a factory environment.

Perhaps in my next lifetime I will have the honor. Extrordinary work and love of the art!

I'm proud to say that I'm awaiting arrival of one of Bob's rosewood scaled beauties next week. Rest assured, it will be proudly displayed in my future SOTD's.
Will next week ever arrive????? RAD makes it Christmas time all year long (when I can afford it, that is...)
Anyone have a handkerchief so I can wipe up my drool?

Beautiful.
Gorgeous zebra grain box matching the scales pattern.
The ivory...I'm simple. Use it on a carburetor pump rod and I'd drool.

Not only is everything Lynn said about him true (plus some), I'll add that he's among the most generous with his time and knowledge guys you'd ever hope to meet. My experience in his shop was one of the most enjoyable things I've done since getting involved with straights.
He and his wife are just great great people, and I'm looking forward to an opportunity to hang out with them again.
The fact that I'm now 2 hours further away from his house is the one thing about my new job and subsequent move that I'm not thrilled about.
Lynn is spot on as usual here fellas
