i have a worcester razor co. razor with black scales like that and last night ran out to the kitchen with it, a tube of Maas, and a paper towel. yadda yadda yadda, two hours in the er and two stitches in the tip of my left index finger. but the scales did shine up nicely, and i learned that shaving isn't the only time you have to watch where that edge is.

I am glad to have inspired you to clean up a nice razor! Sorry about the finger. Easy does it!

    I rest my case.
