Default 8/8 Friodur's in Amboyna and Maple burl

Problem with these big Spanish point Friodur's is the length. they are about 1/6-1/8 longer than your average blade so you have to make special oversized scales for them. The last of my Amboyna burl went into two of them and I used some maple burl on the third. Pins are 1/16 brass rod with brass over stainless washers. All of the wedges are Gabon Ebony. The scales are finished in high gloss epoxy resin.
