Default W&B restore (My first attempt)

Here is my first attempt at a restore, I tried to reuse all of the old components. I made new pins as the old ones were bent and the washers weren't great either. I polished up the blond horn, a sanded and polished most of the blade. This is a 'You Lather Well' W&B, so I tried to do as little as possible to the show side to avoid losing the etching on the blade, however one or two quick wipes with some Mothers polish all but removed the etching, really dissappointed.
Anyway here are a couple of pics ( I don't yet own a nice stand etc to showcase the photos).
