    This is A.W. Wadsworth & Sons that I used for my first set of scales that I made out of oak.As you can see I have to improve on my pinning but I am happy with the way the scales turned out for my first set .Thanks for looking

    I'd say you should be happy. Nice curves, nice lines, wedge looks pretty good, and nice use of the grain lengthwise. I'm happy for you. Nice looking set.

    They look good, especially for your first set. I'm still sanding the finish on my first set. I'm not a wood worker prolly gonna stick with making cakes.

    Nice man, I think your peens look excellent. Not being to good at peening myself, I've done some real crap, and that is not crap.

    Inspiring. I love the look of that wood. Just because it's plain 'ole oak doesn't mean it's not beautiful. That's exactly the look I'd want if I had a bad scale replacement.
