Can I ask how you hone a wedge properly? Is it as simple as one or two pieces of tape on the back? I won't even say how I did mine now I'm on a forum of people who understand how to do things, you'd all be getting your pitch forks and torches ready to find me and confiscate my razors!

This one was honed with 2 layers of 3M (0,013 mm thick) tape. First I set the bevel on Naniwa 1k, then I proceed on my Coticule. After the full Coticule Dilucot method razor was capable of easily shaving arms hair. Then I add one more tape layer (total of 3) and cut secondary bevel on pretty watery slury, did 50 laps just on water and strop linen/leather.

That's purty. I'll have to add a Joseph Rodgers to my wish list now
