Custom 12/8 A2 Buffalo Horn
Hello All !
Just finished this custom 12/8 by request. I know, its huge, but you only live once right? lol
Hand forged to general shape along with stock removal.
High Buff Buffalo Horn Scales
Front pin was a little tricky. I had some old military cuff buttons (I think WW2) in my coffee can. I disassembled the back portion and mortise inlaid the emblem and pinned the scales and wedge underneath.
Decided to increase the spine width on this one to 5/16 then tapered to the tail. Tightened the upper radius of the hollow grind to shed some weight. Surprisingly agile for its size.
In the last razor I had a request for some forging pics. I managed to get a few taken and threw them in, nothing spectacular.
Let me know what you think, I do appreciate your feedback!
Best Regards
Kenny
