Default A Tiger and a sidekick.

These two are for one of our boys. The Tiger got a set of Bocote scales, bone wedge, and my first attempt at an inlay transfer. A big thankyou to both Max and Brad for their advice on how to do this. Tung oil and the buffer.

The "no name" is in Rosewood, bone wedge, sanded to 2000 grit and then white rouge. Both razors have brass pins and washers. The blade was in perfect shape...in fact all I had to do was a little Maas on the pivot area.....

    Thanks for taking a look....

I went with an abundance of CA. Having listened to some advice (for the first time in my life ), I used quite a bit, stuck it on, and after about a 12 hr cure I went back with an exacto knife and a dull chisel. I managed to get about 98 percent of the excess off, and then I used 600 and 800 grit wrapped around a pair of tweezers to get into all the tiny places and right on the edges.

    Beginners luck!

Both of them are beautiful, well done. And congrats on the inlay transfer, it looks like it went very well.

Excellent work with both razors mate, that inlay looks like it was worth the time you spent on it. Pinning and wedges look nice and tight too.
