I wish I could have done a better job on the blade polish but I was happy with the scales in Bocote, I still have mini fastener.com pins. As I haven't mastered or even tried to do real pins. But I will on the next one...
I learned a good deal. Thanks to all the help on these forums.

That's some beautifully finished scales sidmind. I'm doing a set of bocote scales as I write this. Thanks for the motovation. Those lite scratches on your blade aren't very difficult to remove. What did you use to buff/polish them with? They look quite good. Great job.
