Filarmonica Barbas Duras in Black Horn / G-10
Heres quite a project. A while back I posted a Filly #14 that I re-did in green scales. I had someone really really like that set...and sent me a #13 to do the same to... Except he decided he wanted black horn instead...
Oh my god.. lol.. This was quite a project. Horn isn't quite as deadly flat, and accurate as G-10 is -- and a #13 is considerably smaller than a #14, so, everything has to fit that much closer. Not to mention, he requested a lined wedge.. but he wanted the solid color wedge (not the lining) to show through the filed out notch... Maybe some pics will clear it up..... Hahaha

WOW.....I stopped breathing for a few seconds when I saw the pics. Amazing work and a lot of effort has been put in those scales...speechless.
