    I just shaved with it this morning. It's amazing! The scales balance it out way better than the cheap plastic and it shaves like a dream. Probably my top razor now. I wrote it up here: http://straightrazorpalace.com/begin...rience-17.html

    Very nice. Isn't working with horn pleasant? Other material, seems as if you are forcing your will each sanding stage. I feel hand sanding it up to 12000, as you did, horn almost feels alive, appreciating the attention given. Very nice finish, congrats.

    Those old boys knew what they were doing using horn for scales. Ideal medium.
    Great job Maxi & like the sepia shot too. Gives an old school look.
    The white gleam of swords, not the black ink of books, clears doubts and uncertainties and bleak outlooks.
