Thanked: 3I have been trying to find out info on this blade. here are a couple of pics of mine, I have the original box, I'll post a pic later.I picked it up on ebay for $30 bc I likes the way it looks. I didn't know what I was doing I was trying to decide between this and a kreiger, luckily I saw on SRP to avoid kriegers Phil from classic edge said I hit the jackpot with beginners luck.

WOW, That's a really nice one!
Mine, which i have since sold originally said diamond on the blade but that's all i could make out and then sanded it off.
Nice graphic on the blade.

Nice score! It looks like it's in excellent condition!
I am always fascinated by these razors that are stamped with old company names of yesteryear. It was probably once sold at a department store like Morgan's or Eaton's. Back in the day when you could also buy pipes, tobacco and other gentlemanly accoutrements all at one place.

Thanked: 4249Very nice razor, L. B. LTD stands for Lewis Brothers Limited an hardware company based in Montreal, founded by Frederic Orr-Lewis in 1889.
And a picture of their building in Montreal.
As to who manufactured the razor that very difficult to find unless it is sometimes marked as well.
