Thanked: 1371Fantastic! I like how the lines of it work. None of the curves seem out of place.
So often I see custom razors that look cool, but leave the impression that some of the design elements are put in just for the sake of looking cool with no thought to how they work with the rest of the design.
That, IMHO, is what sets an art piece apart from a neat looking razor. Charlie Lewis is a master of it.
This razor hits that same standard.
Strange women lying in ponds distributing swords is no basis for a system of government.

Thanked: 11That looks amazing. I'd be afraid to shave with it though, it looks like it's designed to cut off heads more then shave with!

I like the look of that, but I think I'd hurt myself with it. Might just be worth a nick or two though.

That is AWESOME!! Looks like an Orca meets a pocket knife. I would love to lop my chin off with that thing!

Thanks Ray The honing was different for sure. I think tricky would be a fair description in light of more traditional shapes. I decided not to taper the spine but but keep it consistent until it fads out toward the point. When honing I did have to free hand roll slightly in my motion as I came to the last bit of the tip. False edge is the right word, I used bevel. Gettin rusty on my terms. lol Best Regards Kenny
