Thanked: 22My Lord, You're right! I had been picking up a set here and there whenever I needed them. I would add them to an order (they cost $3 per 1 set of a nut and a bolt and washers). In fact, only recently - maybe the last month or so - I bought 1 "small" set. Why don't you contact the owner. He responds very quickly and you should have an answer in less than a day. They were previously listed on a page that offered for sale vintage scales.

Thanked: 22How'd it work out for you? I think the gentleman that is the owner of that company is named Josh. He's pretty reliable, as he always gets back to me in a day or two. And his hardware is "mucho-extraordinare." It makes replacing scales not only easier, but a pleasure. For myself, I often find that I am using similar sized "antique" scales or ones from dead razors that happen to have nice [therefore salvageable] scales.
Good luck.
