    Default An old, good couple (mixed marriage)

    Hi,

    This time, a mixed, French-Swedish couple of str8’s.
    Both are faux framebacks, scales in Bocote wood.
    Brass pins, washers and spacers.

    1. Charles Guerre, Langres, 13/16", between 1862-1872;

    2. Erik Anton Berg, Eskilstuna, 9/16", ca. 100 years old

    Nice result, a lot of work I think, some kind of "Imperator touch" I guess...
    what kind of compound did you use ?
    I think you're right with the datation, this kind of "fraux frameback" was in mood duing the 1870 1900 years

    Regards
