I have been thinking of this razor all day. I really dig what you have done. An Imperial is a good shaver, in it's own right. Sturdy, well ground, and basic, yet not so popular. You have taken one and made it special without regards to what is was, or what it should be, to some. I think it is functional and customized, yet tastefully done. I see it as having been saved, in grand style! Anyone can see the work and skill put in. The tail and notch seem to have a nice relationship and the scales are sweet. Nice!

I know that Ryan (Bestsilversteel) really appreciates all the complements. I was able to take these pictures of his razor this afternoon, I'm not sure they even do it justice. The tail really holds to your finger, absolutely amazing.

Nice he would sell them,( we are not selling here?) but as one modifies an old razor to this extent, it becomes his own! It might not be what I would buy, but I still like it! I like when guys do their own thing here! Who knows?

You guys seem very enthusiastic. THAT, is a good thing! Welcome to the forum! But, I suppose we ARE selling! Imagine that! You need to realize that this forum is not for selling. It is for showing restorations and Customs. Read the rules. It is not for your glorifying bestsilvrsteel to sell in the future. The classifieds are for that! What are you selling here in advance to your (eventual) status as vendor? As for passionate and much more, well, thats good. We all know about that. 15 posts.... Oh wait! You have 17! Just saying. Seems a fact. unsubcribed.

It's cool. Look. It seems to me that you must have sold a razor to talk about sale of it here. Otherwise, it is a razor! I guess I went off a bit, but just read through the archives of Customs and Restorations and see what I mean. It works well within all subforums here. There is a way things are done. No for sales in the Customs and Restorations subforum. We are good!
