Nice work G thats some good looking wood!
Side note re. rifles Oz - have just started watching 'American Guns' - I cannot believe how much people in the USA spend on guns! 10k, 20k, 30k - makes all this razor business seem like a bargain

Thanked: 13245Oz I just started a new Custom Rifle for myself, I actually just built another bench in the workshop dedicated for Gunwork its been almost 5 years now since I have worked on them.. Will send ya some pics as the rifle starts coming together
Plans are for a rifle setup for hunting here in the Inland NW, for much shorter distances then I used to build them for in Colorado figuring a max range of 400 yds optimized for 150-250 yds, Thinking .338 caliber but NOT a shoulder buster leaning toward a .338 Federal will keep ya informed as the plans solidify...

Thats awesome, looks great man! I was just wondering, at what point does the steps to polish a blade to a satin finish and mirror finish diverge? Like what do you do differently to get it to a satin finish?
