    Default Shave Well W&B

    Hello all,

Here is one of the latest projects. I thought the blade was rather cool. It's a Wade and Butcher with the etching still wonderfully intact! I tried to keep the scales in the same theme as the blade.
I should have it finished by tomorrow or Saturday.

    enjoy!

Looking good, what are you going to use for a wedge?

Cool lookin' scales shutterbug. The design is tastefully matched to the blade!

Those are some great looking scales. The scrollwork really goes with the blade etching.

Nice. I just bought one of those, but don't have scales like that for it!

I had the opportunity to buy one Sunday, but the edge was chipped the full length. Would it be worth buying and rubbing the blade across a hone to get the chips out.?

Very nice! Your work is always stellar John. I have two of these Shave well razors, one w/ the etching and one w/o. They are great shavers but a bear to hone especially of there is a lot of material to reset the bevel.

That's going to look great! Is that a 5/8? Seems to have never been honed (judging by the full width etch)
