Default tapered 6/8 modeled after the 1800's :)

I've been working on this one when I've had time.
It's modeled after a 1790's-1800 Shepherd stub tail I have.
I kept the blade shape basically the same but altered the heal and extended the tail, to make it a bit easier honing/holding.
I honed it up and gave it test last night. All in all it went very well.
It's O1 steel, blade tapers from 6/8 to 9/16. Scales are horn with bone g10 wedge and stacked washers.

That's very nice, the razor as a very Japanese look about it, I really like the design you've done a fine job.

That's a fantastic looking razor, I'm a big fan of that old look.

Superb balance of blade and scales Brian. Formal and requiring a shavers respect.
