Big W&B
Now it's 5 of these 9/8 W&Bs in less than 2 months. Where are all these coming from?
Anyway, a basic break down by drilling out the pins, polish and reuse what I can. I do like keeping these old pieces as original as I can provided they are in reasonable condition.
The blade cleaned up as well as expected. The scales also polished up nicely after the requisite straightening. I was able to save some of the washers and I duplicated ones for the ones that didn't make the journey. Naturally the wedge found it's home again.

That's fantastic! Looks brand new. These big razors can't have been all that rare back in their day!

I have a bunch of them too. They must either have been very prevalent or just survive well.
