at a stand still ...
well i got this unknown razor as clean as i can get it at this point , still a bit of patina left and some pitting but i like the way it looks on there .. i really like the feel of the tang/tail on this thing ..
i was able to save the home made scales , i removed them to clean and flip them around but after getting the collars off i realized the old pins weren't 1/16 and i dont have the material to put these scales back on so i hope to get this thing out here real soon to have it re-scaled in a customs from one of our members here and then ill put it to the hones and hopefully to the whiskers .. ill update when it gets back to me but as of now this is as far as my little restoration skills have taken me ..

Thanked: 4249Thats a cool looking blade, the barbers notch looks great and somewhat unusual look to it. i remember seeing this stamp on another razor and without any manufacturers markings but so many different companies use the anchor stamp hard to determine which one it is. Enjoy!

Thanked: 993Hey Gooser,
If you want to keep trying yourself, I'll be more than happy to send you some washers, rod and collars in the mail.
Just send me a PM if you'd like. I'm visiting my folks right now, but I'll be back in my shop in a few days and can get an envelope ready for you.
Talk soon,
Nate
