So, I just got the bevel set with one layer of tape. It is a pretty wide bevel
It was a little time consuming but the steel is so nice that at 1k it looks really uniform and smooth under 45 power loupe. I'm sure its going to be a great shaver.
I'll post pics once i have it honed up and a link to my first shave.

My old Sheffield has similar scales and with all the flea bites too, and they've stayed in place also!!
Really nice work and a great looking old W&B. Enjoy that shave!!

Honed and ready for Shave Test
Here she is, ready for the Shave Test
Bevel set and without a middle stone polishing was a little slow.
Heavy slurry on BBW and Coticule.
Finish with Charnley Forest.
Both new to me stones from last week.
I DO believe I'm gonna love tis thing!
