OK at first I did not know how it struck me,
but I keep coming back and it has grown on me.
Very unique, original and has a life/vibe of it's own.
I really like how you used the wood as the liner and extended it out as its own element.

Nice work and thank you for letting us have a gander at it.

The scales are amazing on that blade.

As i have been only been making scales out of wood and that is all i have learned till now i am gonna attempt a set like those out of wood.

If they look presentable i will post them up.

    Congrats,gorgeous design.

Very creative. Just as fascinating as the insect.

At first I didn't see the wood, but I still liked it. And then I noticed the wood in the scales and I was blown away. That's really unique.

Very different and very nice. I would love to see what it looks like closed. And how does it feel in the hands?

I like the blade, very simple and elegant design. The scales just dont do it for me.
