My 3rd restore! Its kind of big!
First of all this is my first post. Now I know that these have been done over and over but i thought i should share my pride and joy to the world and as well give thanks for all the time that people have put in to make this a great site. Now i have not shaved with it yet but i did just finish getting it put back together. Now this couldn't have happened if all you. I can't tell you how much i rely on this forum for any questions I have. So I say thanks once more and with out further a due here is my baby!!
The blade measures 9/8!! Now I have never shaved with a large blade so i can't wait to get it back.
And this is it after I don't know how many hours of hand sanding.
I'll let you know how it feels next week when i get it back.

wow, excellent job man. Great job on the peening too, very clean!
Mastering implies there is nothing more for you to learn of something... I prefer proficient enough to not totally screw it up.

You can certainly be proud of your work. Looks like that W&B will be back in action for a few more lifetimes. : )

I like the way you roll - first restore and it's an FBU! Nicely done.
Keep in mind that original FBU has crisp lines and a lot of restored ones get kinda smoothed all over. Definitely not a huge deal though but some would appreciate it in case you ever want to start doing this for other people.
What wedge did you put it?

Very clean! You have the beehives going on! (what did you do with the original collars? ) Now get to member introductions and introduce yourself! Nice Razor!
