Well I don't know how they do it where you are but, over here in the Colonies I would venture to guess either an apprenticeship of some sort or a Barbering school ? I'm sure they still exist ??

Hey all, when I was looking for someone to quiz about honing I called a VIC Tafe about the cert III in hairdressing because honing and using a straight was an elective. The Tafe said that I could not do the course as an elective on its own and would have to learn to become a hairdresser to take it. They would not give me the details of whoever took the class either, I watched a Utube video that said to practice on a balloon, then got a mate who owed me a favour and said we were even if he let me shave him.... (keep the responses clean).

just to let all you7 guys know
iv been looking for barber courses
and there is the hair dressing courses with barber modules and im in
i start next year
and then i shall start up my business
im also making lots of shaving equipment
ie strops paddle/hanging and shaving brushes
