Aussies....Want to try S.R. shaving ?
Hey guys, I have this "Larkin" razor and was wondering if there were any lurkers who wanted to try the S.R. experience

It's not fancy, the pivot is loose and the scales are worn.
You can have it for as long as you want and I will post it to you free.
If you like the experience,(and end up buying something better) then by all means wait 'till
another (Aussie) newbie asks about getting into S.R. shaving and send it to them.
I'll hone it to the best of my abilities for you.

That's very kind of you bongo & hopefully some lurkers may become members too.

Thanked: 1That is a fantastic idea! I am waiting for my first razor. It should be in the post. I was lucky enough to borrow one from my barber to try!

Thanked: 0Hey bongo I'd LOVE to take you up on your offer if that's still available? I'm a DE/SE shaver with a coarse beard and about to try straight shaving. I live in Sydney.

Hi Yoda, this particular straight razor is already going to a loving home....BUT....I will have a look around to see
what I have.
At the moment I'm fighting the lurgie, so give me a week to sort out some stuff and I'll P.M. you with pics of
something you might likehttp://straightrazorplace.com/workshop/18504-welcome-workshop-how-do-i-where-do-i-what-do-i-answers-here.html
