Great to hear another gathering in the making gents.
Looking forward to meeting you Mikael, and maybe trade a razor or two
Beware of the Aussie summer heat mate, it gets quite hot here into the high 30's to low 40's Celcius

Woo hoo, cheers Ricky! Thanks for the heads up re heat, low 40:s is a bit much for me, but I guess you have to exceed in the lost art of chill, when those days go by. We'll buy Aussie sunblock and stay low, the warmest days.
It's going to be great!
I've no problem with Andrews suggestion, please chim in if you want to work on wood too, I don't mind, really (we've a car and it's no problem for me to use it). "Our" house is located in the Sandgate village and Andrews's located closer to the city ... As for now: the 10th of January in Sandgate village (is the evening a good idea, or the afternoon or morning (coolest time I guess)).

Well, it doesn't really matter... I dunno if the heat should/can have any impact on the time, but maybe after lunch, around 1ish... If someone wants to start earlier/later I'm more than open to change the time!
Do you guys want me to bring hard to get blades, for trades, or more regular blades? As for now I'm thinking around 20 razors and a mix, if more people sign up, I'll bring more blades (seems stupied to transport to to many of the same razor around the world, literally).

Okay, I've picked out around 20 blades now and packed them up in a roll. I've cleaned and sanded most and polished them, but not honed any and one or two are NOS (I think, maybe someone has tried/shaved once or twice and then put it away) ... Game on my dear Bruces!
