Cheers Rick and Mick, getting the royal treat here in Oz! Mick's top notch and we had several _very_ nice sit downs and excellent tours in the area

Ah stop it you two! Now I'm getting all embarrassed . Micke, you are most welcome. And lets not forget, you shouted dinner and a fine cigar. We should be able to catch up again during your stay. Though you might not need me now that you've learnt your way around the place...Just remember to stay on the left when driving, and don't try and sneak into the drivers side when you're not!

Don't be shy Mick, you're a top notch Bruce! seriously, I've had the royal treat and very nice chats, indeed!

If someone wants to trade tickets for the Aussie Zoo or maybe have a nice restaurant deal or some other experience, in this part, I can trade you for a razor, I've got several in good nick, most Swedes and some close to new (even though all are vintage)...

Had my first proper shave this morning: with a bengall, SOC two band and Jabonmans Sierra soap = excellent shave!

Howdy all... I have posted a new thread re Saturday 10th's meetup.

Everyone's invited, so come along if you are free, and meet Micke , plus Greg, another newer member from the Brisbane area.

Hi guys! I don't think I'll make it on Saturday, but I trust you'll get a great time anyway!

I will be able to meet up with anyone who wants to makes some trades or just to say Hi or learn some Swedish though (I have got lots of nice blades with me and I only traded one with Mick this far). Shot me a mail and we'll work out the details, Friday or Sunday works great (or early next week)... My mail: [email protected]

    That's a shame...

For everyone else, are you still wanting to do a small meetup Saturday or should we postpone for another date? Im flexible. If anyone wants to catchup Saturday let me know, otherwise we can organise another time that suits everyone.

I'm OK Andrew, if everyone else is. I'm hoping to give away a C12k and a set of walnut scales. I've also got a couple of razors I'm keen to swap.

    Great Mike,

I had a PM from Ricky, he is also able to attend. Unfortunately our buddy from Sweden cannot make it Saturday... Im still happy to host tomorrow but also happy to reschedule for Sunday if that suits everyone better.

Would be nice to meet Mikael while he's in Oz, but it's really up to everyone else, as I can accommodate both days.

Reach out to Rick, as I understand he is in communication with Mikael, and just let me know if we are continuing with tomorrow or if we are doing Sunday instead.

I'll email Mikael as well, to see if he is free sunday and if that suits everyone better.

For anyone following, sorry this is late notice... Im happy to accommodate either way, or both days if need be.

If I hear back from Mikael I will post to this thread asap. I would appreciate if others did the same.

    Cheers, Andrew

Thanks Andrew, to tell the truth, Sunday would be better for me in that I just drove to the Gold Coast and back yesterday (a 400+ km round trip) so I'm a bit stuffed. However, I'll await the collective decision on which day is preferred.

    Mike
