I had rum in mine so it burnt like crazy when I tried it. Maybe I should have used better rum.

I just found that the bubbles made me sneeze.

Get it right - rum does not burn - it's that bloody coke.
Try it with ginger beer - much nicer and no burning....hehehehe

I have found a Brisbane supplier of micromesh. I'll bring the sample bag of goodies with me. I spent last night polishing a Wusthof razor whilst watching the origin and I can tell you that micromesh is the real deal. Price isn't cheap, but I reckon you get enough micromesh to put a great shine of 6-8 razors for $30.

I've updated the time and location in the initial post as requested by Pauly.

i'll be there. Now i just have to pull out my finger and finish off the four razors i have nearly completed.
i will also bring along some extra scale materials i have {G10, Buffalo Horn, Olive wood, Mallee Burl, etc.} in case anyone wants to trade anything.
