    i am away at Rainbow Beach for our first family holiday this year that weekend. Bugger.
    If the weekend changes, let me know for sure.

    This time of year we are not going to find a weekend that suits everybody, I chose the 20th because it is one of the few Sundays I have clear between now and Christmas.

    Just don't take your 4x4 on the beach around the rocks without checking the pictures in the wall at the local newsagents first.

    PS the surf club at Rainbow Beach is highly recommended for lunch - not for the food but for the view.

    Yeah! Of all the drongos who leave it too late to try to beat the tide and get stuck. You get to view their flash 4bee's being buried in the sand by the crashing salty sea water waves.
