    Default Pinaud Clubman Aftershave

G'day gents, first post on forum.

does anyone know where I can get/order pinaud clubman aftershave in Sydney/Australia? I can't find it anywhere on the net unless I order from the US, apparently it's meant to be the best...

You won't find it, and if you do you will be paying in the region of $60 for it. I have contacted a few possible suppliers to stock it, and the only one to reply were the Gents from Himage. That is what they told me. If you do find a stockist in Australia with a decent price, let us all know. The cost of post for a bottle or two will also be expensive from the US.

It doesn't bring the prices down mate. I already put that to the suppliers.

I'm not that rich myself. Getting it into the country (it's listed as dangerous goods) is the costly thing about it. Then you add out taxes to that, and it is already in the prohibitive price bracket. Unless you have something else you sell that makes you your profit, it just isn't worth it (And if the boys from Himage.com are anything to go by, sometimes not even then!).

So you fellows have 372 different poisonous animals not to mention the dozens more that will eat you just for looking in their general direction but aftershave is a dangerous goods?
    Crazy.

And if you figure out how to get it pass customs I can send a few bottles down. It's around $6.00 bottle at the local pharmacy.

FWIW I just put in a call to the Australian Customs Service and they have no issues form a Customs perspective on shipping the aftershave to Australia.
The only issue that they raised is that SUPS will not accept it - it would have to come over by UPS or Fedex etc. and comply with their processes.

    Hope this helps
Hang on and enjoy the ride...

Guys, just a reminder that any group buys have to go thru SRP management, unless a few of you pm each other then SRP isn't involved. Give aways & contests are also out unless approved. Link below explains all.

I haven't had much experience importing goods, let alone aftershaves...

I'd be keen to purchase a few bottles subject to an SRP moderator/manager organising a group buy. How do we go about this? (Excuse my ignorance, I'm new to this forum)

    Thanks in advance...
