you might start shaving with Machetes Mick to get that tough guy image back from the ol army days??
but in all seriousness it sure must be terrible having PTSD and theres nothing anybody can do about it
A few younger guys I work with (they are in their 30s) are all ex army mostly tank commanders etc and went to Iraq/Afghanistan and a couple were hit by IED's etc which effects them a bit these days even after 5-6 years
but lets not dwell on the bad things lets celebrate a new year and the pages that will hopefully be turned and people can move past their demons and into lives they long for

Hear Hear to that. I've started the year off relaxing, as it should be I reckon. My peace will soon be interrupted with the arrival of guests though, so I had better enjoy it while I can. The next few days are going to be bedlam...In a good way.

Belated Happy New Years to all, spent the arvo in 105"f chasing cows in the slack at the last Bullsbrook New Years rodeo ever, the RAAF have cancelled the lease on the arena and paddocks, long story. Finished the year with a catch, first header caught and missed his dally, second header who is 77yrs old, had to fish for his, then I caught one heel, missed my dally, kept hold of the bitter end of my rope, bounced my hoss forward and managed one wrap on the horn and we got a time, and finished up 6th place and just out of the money, no matter still finished the year with a catch !!

    Cheers
