Thanked: 3The 18650 batteries that I have seem to last quite a long time, especially with the flashlights having efficient LED bulbs. I buy my batteries on ebay for about $10 for 4 of them plus chargers, and they are 3.7V 5500mah.

I am so glad I'm not the only one who's razor hobby has bled over into a flashlight hobby! (And now pocket knives too) I've been eyeballing the Fenix PD35 2014 edition the past couple weeks but trying to hold off on buying it in case they come out with a new model in the beginning of 2015

Thanked: 3See, I'm just the opposite, I liked knives and flashlights way before I got into razors. Only been into straight razors and SR shaving for about 3 weeks or so, gotta say I really enjoy it thought. For so long I was used to using a new safety razor and being done in less than 5 min, this 20 min shave is a little different, but in a good way.

Flashlights, cigars, knives, straights... we are men!! Guns, cars, beautiful women lol!! It's all good!!
I like that PD35. I almost got it. Then I thought I would get this in stead - T series - TX25C2 - EagleTac.com - but ultimately got a more pocketable light lol.
All I'll say is - these flashlight guys are brutal - they ALWAYS have better models in the pipes! Sigh. If you wait, you'll never buy (said the guy who doesn't want to be alone mad that he got a light and now noticed they got a better version - already!!).
I want to hear how things are going in a year . There is room in your life for them all .David
